A passport for conference success

Our client, the trade representative of the world’s airports, runs an annual conference and exhibition that attracts hundreds of international delegates. Held over the course of three days and aimed at top tier management in the airport industry, as well as financial institutions, investors and regulators, it is regarded as a ‘must attend’ event.



The 2017 event was held in a hotel in London’s Portman Square and MGN events was asked to design and supply a stage set, lighting, sound, projector and screens, video content and supporting graphics. With everything set up, the MGN events production team ensured that the daily programme ran smoothly.
